Joe Woods is known to Street Outlaws viewers as Dominator. A skilled welder, he rebuilt much of his 1967 Dodge Dart himself, including its cage. His father introduced him to fixing and racing muscle cars, laying the foundation for a hands-on approach that runs through the entire project.
